Association’s Hands-Only CPR App offers an immersive educational experience for users to learn about the basics of Hands-Only CPR and how to use an AED. This free, downloadable VR experience aims to provide entertaining and educational awareness about these basic lifesaving skills. Data Collection

AHA collects only User Id and Age Group data from Meta for users aged 13+, however, AHA does not retain that information after the user’s VR session.

Use of Data

Our VR application accesses User Id and Age Group data from Meta when users access the VR app, however AHA does not retain any data upon termination of the session, thus there is no subsequent data utilization. This approach ensures an unobtrusive, enriching user experience.

AHA does not retain, share or disseminate user data from consumers utilizing the VR app.

User Consent

AHA’s VR App is intended for users aged 13+ who have Meta Oculus Accounts and have agreed to the Meta Supplemental Applications Terms of Service. AHA does not engage in any additional data collection activities beyond accessing the limited information from Meta of User Id and Age Group Data, nor is its application directed to users under age 13, and thus is not required to obtain user consent.
