Groove Jones had the opportunity to work with T-Mobile to design and develop the interactive 3d animation touchscreen experience that highlights the capabilities of their 5G network. The customized interactive experience was designed for product demonstrations at their Executive Briefing Center in Overland Park, Kansas City.
T-Mobile’s Executive Briefing Center, interactive touchscreens serve as a sophisticated storytelling tool that transforms the abstract concept of 5G network capabilities into a tangible, visual narrative. By using a customized interactive 3D animation platform, presenters can move beyond static slides to lead a dynamic exploration of a digital city.
The interface allows a “docent” or presenter to tap and zoom into specific business environments, such as the interiors of high-tech office buildings, to show exactly how 5G spectrum assets, like low-latency and high-speed data—solve specific enterprise challenges. This hands-on approach shifts the demonstration from a one-way lecture to a collaborative session where the content adapts in real-time to the customer’s interests.
This interactive strategy is further amplified through the use of high-fidelity 3D assets and non-linear navigation, which help customers visualize “invisible” technology. Instead of just hearing about network flexibility, users see it through 3D CGI and visual effects that illustrate data flow and device connectivity across various “right-sized” deployment models. This creates a “phygital” bridge where the tactile action of touching the screen triggers complex digital simulations, making it easier for business leaders to grasp how T-Mobile’s 5G can be catered to their specific business goals. By giving the audience control over the subjects they want to elaborate on, T-Mobile ensures that every product demonstration feels like a personalized solution rather than a generic pitch.

When the application is launched, viewers will be met with branded content directly reflecting T-Mobile.
The docent uses a controller to control the video to further elaborate on certain parts of the product demonstration. The demonstration highlights how enterprises are looking to advanced technologies that require more from their respective networks – T-Mobile being the latter.
Viewers will engage and learn from the video and the presenters’ explanation and insight into how T-Mobiles 5G spectrum assets allow flexibility, network solutions and performances, right-sized deployment models, catered business goals, and much more.
The animation moves the camera in and around a city, zooming into the interiors of business buildings to highlight features of T-Mobile’s 5G business capabilities.
